Altamonte Springs Hotel and Suites

I spoke with Steve on the phone to reserve a room and right away he made me feel very comfortable. He was so helpful over the phone. Once I got to the front desk Steve greeted me not as a customer but as a tenant. He was very respectful kind and one of the best customer service in a hotel I have received. If you come to this hotel please ask for Steve. He will take the time to make sure you are taken care of and make you feel welcome. I will come here again as long as they have employees like Steve. Thank you Steve for treating me with great customer service.

I happen to stay at the hotel for about nine months total. It was quite a lifesaver. It was cheap. Great location and my kids could even be picked up on property for school. Employees were amazing always helpful. Tell me. I’m not have always been you know completely clean, clean but hotel does need Upgrade remodeling and repairs.

Everyone here is very professional. Ckrissy and Sabrina are both amazing and very pleasant to work with. The hotel is clean and in good condition. Love the rooms and there is no feeling of unsafe environment.

As long as you are not expecting the Hilton for the price then you are going to be okay. Considering they also offer weekly and monthly it's hard to find to many things to complain about. $100 deposit required. Not a big deal since a lot of places here require some form of deposit. Minor things here and there but nothing that can't be overlooked for the price. I guess it depends on the kind of person you are but honest review is I've stayed at a decent amount of $70 and under establishments and this is far from the worst. And theres a nice clean pool. I should also note I have kids and a wife and haven't felt unsafe nor have they. Police do frequent the parking lot but unless you're doing something illegal where's the harm in that. I don't know any of the front desk staff on a well enough basis to call them by their names but all of the ones that have been mentioned in previous reviews have been more than pleasant and accommodating if I needed something. Ice and drink machines on-site as well as laundry. An elevator to get to the higher floors. For the price and location not much more you can ask for other than to not be bothered and if you stay to yourself you won't be. People are often outside their rooms just sitting or smoking, and that might bother some people but I haven't had a problem and I haven't seen any issue with it so again as long as you stay to yourself it's a good place to stay.

Great location, there’s tons of places to eat real close by. A mall in walking distance. Everyone at the front desk has always been very kind and helpful. I’ve never had a problem with switching rooms if needed. The pool is open all night as long as you’re not rowdy and being respectful. Never been charged for extra pillows or towels

Wanna give a huge shout-out to the great customer service I received the week that I stayed. Plus today I had a tough day with the family and appreciated the help and understanding that the ladies in the front desk gave me and my entire family. And the huge patience. Thank you Chrissy, Kaitlyn, and Sabrina and everyone else who helped out even the lady from house keeping. I have been here for 2 and half months. My room was clean and perfect when I got into the room at pool side. The view was perfect pool clean and clear. I had an accident in the bathroom with the nozzle for cold water immediately it was fixed. Housekeeping was good. I called the office to get clean sheets didn't take long at all. I had a problem with my sink maintenance came fixed the problem. I want to thank Krystal the assistance manager for doing an amazing job keeping up the property, as well Steve,Sabrina at the front desk who do amazjob as well. Always have a smile on there faces. I do recommend this hotel.

I had a towing issue and I talked to Steve about it and he handled the issue very professionally. He’s an outstanding employee. His hospitality was top notch!!! I didn’t have any more issues after that. Steve deserves a raise or a higher position in management!!!! Steve is the best!!! If you have any issues with your stay especially with the towing. Talk to Steve and he’ll make sure your stay is comfortable.
